The Rising Star Awards program is a California Association of REALTORS® initiative created to partner with the brokerage community in spotlighting exceptional new talent in real estate. This program celebrates ambitious and high-performing agents early in their careers—professionals who are already making an impact and poised to shape the future of the industry.
C.A.R. proudly recognizes members who are setting themselves apart through outstanding production, professionalism, and potential. The Rising Star Awards not only honor these standout individuals but also showcase the firms that support and nurture their growth.
Eligibility Criteria for Production Year 2024
To qualify, nominees must:
Be an active C.A.R. member who joined the Association in 2023 or later.
Have closed a minimum of three (3) transactions or achieved at least $7.0 million in total sales volume between January 1 and December 31, 2024 (subject to verification).
Be nominated by their broker or office manager (self-nominations are not accepted).
Hold an active California real estate license with no restrictions or Code of Ethics violations.
How to Submit a Nomination
Broker/Owners or Office Managers may nominate eligible agents by completing the nomination form linked below. All nominations must be received by June 30, 2025.
Qualified nominees will receive a follow-up questionnaire as part of the application process. Completion of the questionnaire is required for full consideration by the review panel.

A review panel made up of the 2025 Chair, Vice Chairs, and Advisory Board of the C.A.R. Young Professionals Network will review all qualified nominees and select up to 10 Rising Star Award recipients. The award recipients will be notified and recognized at the C.A.R. REimagine! Conference in September 2025.
